Garland M100XSM Infrared Deck Type Broiler w/ Finishing Oven, Natural Gas
With high, low, and medium controls, the Garland M100XSM Master series deck-type broiler's broiling chamber can gently melt cheese, toast bread, or thoroughly cook proteins. A grease container catches liquids that drip from foods cooking in the chamber. It's outside the hot zone, so it can be removed safely for cleaning.
The Garland M100XSM broiler uses four infrared burners in the broiling chamber. This unit also has a finishing oven with a porcelain-enameled interior. The base of the unit is empty, so pots and pans can be stored inside when they're inactive on the range or in the broiler.
