Vulcan VIB2 Double Deck Liquid Propane Broiler - Infrared Over Ceramic, 200,000 BTU

To optimize operation, the Vulcan VIB2 double-deck broiler has two levels. The top level is heated by four 25,000-BTU ceramic tile-faced burners, and the bottom has three 32,500-BTU cast iron burners with ceramic tile radiants for efficient heating. Each deck has two infinite heat controls so the user can easily adjust the temperature for desired results. To support a variety of foods, the spring-balanced broiler areas have a 25 1/2-inch-wide by 24 1/2-inch-deep structure, and theya€™re made of steel bars that can be adjusted to five different positions with roller bearings depending.

Because it has insulation between its inner and outer walls, heat is retained in the Vulcan VIB2 broiler, enabling back-to-back use for high-traffic establishments. Its body is made of durable stainless steel to endure common wear from daily use, and it measures 36 inches wide by 37 1/2 inches deep by 74 inches high. For maneuverability, it sits atop 5-inch casters, enabling it to turn, reverse, and remain in place for extended periods of time.
