Vulcan VIR1F Deck-Broiler W/ Infrared Burners, Refrigerated Base, Liquid Propane

To provide versatility, the Vulcan VIR1F deck broiler's top level has a cooking grid and its bottom deck is a refrigerated base. The cooking grid features cold-rolled steel bars to improve heat conduction and encourage airflow between its openings for even heating. Its bars also impart grill lines to create presentable meat dishes. To support many differently sized foods, the cooking grid measures 25 1/2 inches wide by 24 1/2 inches deep and can be moved up or down in five different positions for desired results.

Heated with four infrared burners, the Vulcan VIR1F upright broiler uses LP gas. Users can access the 1 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and the pilot ignition system. It's equipped with two infinite heat valves that control the burners' outputs. After use, operators can clean out the full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan, which collects food particles and leftover grease. This stainless steel unit is supported by 6-inch legs and measures 36 inches wide by 42 5/8 inches deep by 77 1/8 inches high.
