The Vulcan VST4B chophouse broiler includes an undershelf that can be used to hold various supplies and product. This broiler sits on 6-inch casters, enabling mobility throughout the kitchen. Side and backsplashes on the unit capture splatter to keep the walls and surroundings clean, and a grease trough on the front collects debris and crumbs. Heating up quickly, the griddle plate is 1/2 an inch thick, and the grid bars are made of durable, cold-rolled steel.

For versatile use, the Vulcan VST4B broiler with over-fired deck's broiler grid can be adjusted in four different positions. The cooking grid's temperature can be adjusted as high as 950 degrees Fahrenheit, and the griddle reaches temperatures of 650 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures can be adjusted using infinite heat controls. Reducing the heat loss, the outer and inner walls are fully insulated, and to provide durability, the unit is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
