Doyon DM800 French Bread Moulder For 1 3/4 to 42 1/3 oz Loaves

The Doyon DM800 bread moulder is designed to take 1.75 to 42.33 ounces of dough and mold it into baguettes, bread rolls, hot dog rolls, and other types of French loaves. It comes with a three-roller infeed and a hopper safety system. Its synthetic belt facilitates cleaning and the unit has a retractable outfeed table to catch bread as it travels through the machine. As many as 2,500 rolls can be made every hour. This Doyon DM800 bread moulder is made of stainless steel to resist stains, dents, and scratches.
