Bon Chef 12089 Alternate Heat Source w/ Swinging Fuel Holder

Designed to be used on buffet lines and at catered events, the Bon Chef 12089 chafer alternate heat source can be linked to other pieces to create one large serving station. It has a swing fuel holder that's accessible for cell change-outs and a built-in windguard to prevent the flame from going out. Its large, 13-inch diameter provides a stable platform for chafer dishes, skillets, pots, and pans. Because the top has an open design, users can add and remove these dishes easily while the surrounding pegs hold them in place.
