The 1200-TH is a 23 15/16" wide, deluxe control electric full height low temperature Halo Heat cook and hold oven from Alto-Shaam that has 2 compartment with the capacity for 240 lb (120 lb, 4 full-size pans per compartment). The cook and hold oven has a heavy duty stainless steel exterior and the unit rolls smoothly on 5" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes).

The deluxe controls on this cook and hold oven includes a LED display, On/Off button, cook temperature button (200 -325 degrees F), a cook time control button (1 minute - 24 hours), a probe control button and hold temperature button. There are also 8 programmable menu buttons, a hold mode count-up timer, and indicator lights for operation status.

The cook and hold oven is made in the USA, UL listed in the United States and Canada, UL Classified EPH, and CE listed.
