The Dexter Russell SGL155NSC-PCP Sofgrip® utility knife has a narrow blade for cutting melons, heads of lettuce, grapefruits, and oranges. The serrated edge has multiple sharp cutting edges that are used to penetrate foods, smoothly breaking through rinds and piercing the skin of fruit and vegetables without damaging them. Stain-free DEXSTEEL® high-carbon steel is used to make the blade, while the handle is soft rubber. It is comfortable to grip and reduces the stress on the wrist when using this knife.
