The Cleveland 22CCT6 SteamChef™ six-pan convection steamer requires only an electrical connection because it has manual refilling and draining. This unit's fan-blown steam has a baffle system for optimal steam circulation. Turbulence in the steamer breaks up the insulating barrier of condensation on food, ensuring it is fully cooked, and operators can open the compartment at any time during the cycle to rotate the pan or season the product. The continuous venting system eliminates virtually all air from the cooking compartment, resulting in fast, gentle cooking.

This steamer's water reservoir can hold 3 gallons, and the KleanShield™ feature eliminates foaming and flavor transfer caused by water contamination. The manual bypass plate circumvents the KleanShield, and the standpipe safety overflow drain empties water from the cooking compartment. Continuous cavity venting and condensation draining prevents unwanted flavor transfer from one product to another. This unit is suited for various foods, including fresh or frozen vegetables and seafood. Perforated hotel pans are recommended for cooking foods such as pastas, rice, and scrambled eggs.
