The Cleveland 22CGT3.1 convection steamer has a stainless steel exterior that provides resilience and rust resistance. For installation on uneven surfaces, it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs with flanged feet. When the power is turned on or the unit is reset, an indicator light shines to inform users, and when the temperature reaches an unsafe level, the steamer turns off to prevent overheating. For temperature adjustment, the control panel is mounted on the right. Employees can also use these controls to adjust the timer as long as 60 minutes.

To prevent warm air from escaping the cabinet, the Cleveland 22CGT3.1 countertop steamer has a gasket that provides a tight door seal. The door also latches to prevent it from opening during the steaming process. When installed with a standard treated and tap water connection, the water levels refill automatically for continuous use. For cleaning, the water automatically drains from the unit, while its KleanShield™ rids the chamber of condensate waste.
