The Cleveland 24CGA10.2 SteamCraft® Gemini™ floor-model steamer is perfect for large establishments that need to steam large portions of product. This unit has two compartments that hold five full-size pans each, and each compartment has its own controls, valves, and generator. Constructed of stainless steel, the two generators, doors, and cooking cavities are heavy duty and resistant to corrosion. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the unit with brass steam jets.

Its LP gas-powered burner generators produce a large amount of steam, quickly cooking product. The generators are held at ready-to-steam temperatures to ensure a quick cooking process. Constant steam is available with the manual bypass switch. A 60-minute electromechanical timer enables the operator to do other tasks while the product is cooking.
