To ensure safe operation, the Cleveland TMKDL-100-T twin steam kettles have a safety device that prevents high-speed starts, and mixing stops automatically each time the bridge is lifted. Removable nylon blades scrape the entire interior of both kettles, effectively removing caked-on product. Each of the kettles has a 100-gallon capacity, making them great for preparing jams, stews, and pasta. To prevent injury, they include two-piece covers with screens so employees can't reach inside during operation.

The Cleveland TMKDL-100-T tilting kettles have large pouring lips to help users transfer finished product. This large unit is positioned on adjustable solid feet, ensuring it stays level on uneven surfaces and enabling floor bolting for extra security. The kettle bodies are filled 2/3 of the way with water and are made of stainless steel to provide durability and resist rusting.
