Cleveland TMKDL-100-T (2) 100 gal Steam Kettles - Power Tilt, 2/3 Jacket, Direct Steam

The Cleveland TMKDL-100-T steam kettles each have a 100-gallon capacity and operate using direct steam. They are equipped with a faucet that produces hot and cold water, and a 3-inch-diameter, quick-opening butterfly valve enables draining to streamline cleaning. When the bridge is lifted, the unit stops to protect users from injury, and a built-in safety device prevents high-speed starts. To provide further protection, each kettle includes a two-piece cover and screen.

To remove stuck-on product in the Cleveland TMKDL-100-T twin tilting kettles, removable nylon blades scrape the interior walls completely. The scraper shaft incudes gallon markings to facilitate measurement, and each kettle's steam jacket design is filled 2/3 of the way up the body with water for steaming. Great for high-volume use, it's made of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel.
