Great for making pudding, eggs, and pasta, the Cleveland TMKDL-125-T twin steam kettles each have a 125-gallon capacity, and 2/3 of each kettle body is filled with water for steaming. To prevent users from reaching into the kettles during operation, they include two-piece covers with screens. A built-in safety device prohibits high-speed startups, and the unit stops mixing automatically when the bridge is lifted. Its faucet produces cold and hot water, and to drain liquids after use, it's built with a quick-opening butterfly valve.

The Cleveland TMKDL-125-T tilting kettles measure 130 inches wide by 46 inches deep by 54 inches high overall. Large pouring lips are built onto each of the kettles to aid users in transferring finished product. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion, and it's mounted on solid feet to prevent wobbling on irregular surfaces.
