The Cleveland TMKDL-150-T twin steam kettles each have a 150-gallon capacity and measure 130 inches wide by 46 inches deep by 58 inches high. They operate with a power tilt mechanism and provide steam directly to food with a 2/3 steam jacket design. This unit is made of stainless steel—a resilient metal that won't rust, corrode, warp, or dent, and it's positioned on adjustable feet that can be bolted down to provide stability.

The Cleveland TMKDL-150-T tilting kettles are equipped with several safety features. They each have a two-piece cover and screen, a safety device that stops the mixing process when the bridge is lifted, and they won't immediately begin at high speeds. Hot and cold water are both provided through an included faucet, and a 3-inch-diameter, quick-opening butterfly valve helps drain the kettle bodies to streamline cleaning. To facilitate product removal when cooking is complete, each kettle is equipped with a large pour spout.
