A faucet is included with the Cleveland TMKDL-40-T tilting kettles to provide hot and cold water for convenient cooking and cleaning. Designed to evenly heat large batches of food, this unit has a 2/3 steam jacket design. The kettles each have 40-gallon capacities to accommodate soups, pudding, and jellies; overall, the unit measures 98 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 50 inches high. Finished product can be emptied using the kettle's large pour spouts, and to ensure food doesn't remain stuck to the interior walls, the kettles each include removable nylon blades.

The Cleveland TMKDL-40-T twin steam kettles include two-piece covers with screens to reduce the risk of injury. They won't start up at high speeds, and they shut off automatically if the bridge is lifted during operation. To provide security, the unit can be bolted to the ground using adjustable, solid feet. This unit is made of stainless steel, making it durable enough to endure repeated commercial use while resisting common wear and tear.
