The Cleveland TMKDL-40-T tilting kettles come with nylon blades that scrape the entire jacketed interior surface to remove any food particles that could be stuck. Product can be poured out using the unit's large pouring lips, and quick-opening butterfly valves enable users to drain broths and other liquids. This unit has a 2/3 steam jacket design that promotes even cooking, and it includes a faucet that produces hot and cold water. Able to cook a large amount of food, each kettle has a 40-gallon capacity.

Durable enough to withstand repeated commercial use, the Cleveland TMKDL-40-T steam kettles are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a 316-series stainless steel interior liner. To reduce the risk of injury, it won't begin operating at a high speed, and the mixer shuts off if the bridge is lifted. To prevent the unit from tilting over, it's positioned on adjustable feet that can be bolted down.
