They sit on adjustable, solid feet, which can be bolted down to prevent wobbling during operation. This unit is designed with a manual tilt mechanism, and it has variable speed controls that enable adjustments. It has a 2/3 steam jacket design to provide direct steam to product as it cooks.

The Cleveland TMKDL-80-T tilting kettles each have a capacity of 80 gallons. They can be used to cook pasta, jams, jellies, and soup, and when product is complete, large pouring lips enable users to empty the contents. To drain excess water, the unit is built with a quick-opening butterfly valve. For safe operation, it doesn't begin operation at high speeds, and mixing ceases automatically if the bridge is lifted during use.
