Cleveland TMKEL60T (2) 60 gal Steam Kettles - Power Tilt, 2/3 Jacket, 208v/3ph
For uniform heating, the Cleveland TMKEL60T twin mixer kettles are warmed by 2/3 steam jackets filled with treated water. Each kettle has a 60-gallon working capacity and a conductive stainless steel exterior that defends against corrosion, while their interiors are lined with 316 stainless steel, which protects surfaces from acidic damage. Its agitator and scraper have adjustable speeds, thoroughly mix product, and remove buildup from jacketed interiors to achieve desired consistency, minimizing the risk of cold spots. Once product is mixed properly, it can be simmered and maintained at a temperature within a 1-degree-Fahrenheit range with solid-state temperature controls.
This Cleveland TMKEL60T electric mixer kettle includes safety mechanisms that defend against high-speed starts and continuous mixing when the bridge is lifted. Due to their high capacities, the kettles use tilting technology to prevent operator strain. The kettles use roller bearings to tilt forward and self-lock while pouring to direct product out of their large pouring lips. Liquid products can be drained via the 2-inch-diameter draw-off valve, located near the bottom of each kettle. After use, the agitator, scraper, and nylon blades can be removed for proper cleaning. This leg-mounted unit measures 106 inches wide by 40 3/4 inches deep by 57 3/4 inches high and is designed to be bolted into the floor.
