The Doyon AEF035SP spiral mixer is straightforward to use because the operator can preprogram as many as nine speed and time settings. Its timer is digitally displayed so the user knows when product has finished mixing. As much as 70 quarts of dough or batter can fit in the stainless steel bowl, which has a high center to eliminate the need for a dough feeder post. Equipped with a drain, the bowl is simple to clean; its stainless steel wire bowl guard enables the operator to see product as it mixes. If the guard is not locked in place, the unit won't start. This Doyon AEF035SP spiral mixer has a cast iron frame that is durable and resistant to scratches or stains.
