The Doyon AEF050 spiral mixer uses a spiral hook to blend ingredients. Its high-center stainless steel bowl keeps dough in the mixing area and holds as much as 175 quarts. The hook and bowl have separate motors. Nine speed and time settings can be programmed to prepare common menu items, while the mixing time is displayed digitally.
This the Doyon AEF050 spiral mixer comes with a quick-locking mechanism to keep the unit stable while it operates. Its enamel finish facilitates cleaning, the casters provide mobility, and the nonslip belt withstands heavy use. Gluten can develop properly because the mixer resists overheating.
