The Doyon AEF080 spiral mixer efficiently mixes with its stainless steel spiral hook. Its 175-quart stainless steel bowl has a high center to keep product in the path of the hook. The bowl and hook have separate motors, and the unit withstands mixing 280 pounds of dough. Digital controls accept as many as nine programmable settings for common recipes. Mixing time is shown on its digital display, eliminating the need for timers or guesswork.

Because the Doyon AEF080 spiral mixer resists overheating, it lengthens the viability of yeast and assists gluten development. Its slip-resistant belt works smoothly with thick products, while the quick-locking mechanism holds the unit secure during mixing. Cleaning is facilitated by the enamel finish. The stainless steel wire safety bowl guard provides product visibility. Casters mounted on the bottom enable users to move the machine as needed.
