Its see-through, stainless steel bowl guard, automatic bowl lock, and emergency stop function prevent accidental injury when using the mixer.

To prevent over-mixing, the Doyon BTF040 commercial mixer comes with a 99-minute timer to support multitasking while preparing dough or batter. Its digital control screen enables precise adjustments to the speed and time settings, and seven programmable presets streamline the creation of frequently prepared recipes.
