The bowl, dough hook, whip, and flat beater are made of durable stainless steel that facilitates cleaning, while its steel frame has an enamel finish for a professional look. It has a heavy-duty motor with overload protection and a belt that resists slipping to enable mixing thick products.

The mixer has 20 speeds that can be changed during operation. Seven speed and time settings are programmable to quickly mix popular recipes. Its touch screen controls are simple to use, and employees can easily keep track of mixing time with the 99-minute timer. The Doyon BTL100H planetary mixer is steadied by the locking anti-vibration device, with four casters for transportation.
