Doyon LMA620 Floor Model Reversible Dough Sheeter w/ 20 lb Dough Capacity

The Doyon LMA620 dough sheeter accommodates as much as 20 pounds of dough. Its controls enable users to adjust the unit between 20 variable speeds. Its reverse feature is activated by the foot switch or hand controls and is designed to prevent the dough from folding. This sheeter's design makes dough removal faster than dough insertion, preventing obstruction and breakage. The stainless steel rollers resist sticking and can be adjusted to shape the dough to varying levels of thickness.

The Doyon LMA620 dough sheeter has a strong polyethylene belt. Cleaning is expedited because of the enamel coating. The unit's fold-up conveyor design facilitates storage. Each end of the unit has a catch pan to hold the dough as it exits. It has dough scrapers that can be removed and replaced. The sheeter is built to last and requires little maintenance.
