Doyon LMA624 Floor Model Reversible Dough Sheeter w/ 24 lb Dough Capacity
The Doyon LMA624 dough sheeter has a reversible design feature€”activated by hand or foot controls€”that does not fold the dough. There are 20 adjustable speeds to choose from using the user-friendly digital controls. Breaking and clogging are prevented because the dough exits the conveyor quicker than it enters. The stick-resistant stainless steel rollers adjust to produce dough as thin as 1/32 inch or as thick as 11/2 inches.
The Doyon LMA624 dough sheeter is heavy duty for high-volume applications and requires little maintenance. Its lead-free enamel exterior coat can be cleaned without effort. Each end of the conveyor has a catch tray to collect the dough as it exits. The conveyor belt is made of long-lasting polyurethane, and the conveyor folds up for convenient storage. Excess flour is collected by the reservoirs above each of the rollers.
