Doyon SM302A Table Model Bread Slicer for 240 Loaves Per Hour, 3/4" Slice, 120v
The Doyon SM302A bread slicer cuts 3/4-inch-thick slices from loaves as wide as 15 inches, slicing 240 loaves in an hour. Once they're guided through the blades by the gravity infeed chute and loaf pusher, finished loaves can be stored or wrapped on the top packing shelf. This bread slicer is meant to be installed on countertops or tables. Many artisan-style breads aren't compatible with the slicer.
