With the Groen HFP/1/4 Tilt Skillet, you can cook up to 100 lbs. of ground beef or make up to 40 gallons of soup at once! It's thermostat is embedded close to the top surface for fast reaction to temperature inputs. Simple, straightforward controls are recessed to avoid damage. The center-tilt design has a shorter pour, consumes less aisle space and is designed to effectively flow the contents of the unit with minimal surge or drip.

That means less burning. The stainless steel interior with sanitary finishes makes cleanup easy and fast, even after cooking sticky foods. The use of metal utensils or steel wool is not recommended when cleaning the braising pan. Use a brush, cloth, sponge or other non-abrasive tool for cleaning.
