Boasting a large cooking surface that measures 60-inches-wide by 24-inches-deep, the Imperial IGG-60 griddle is designed to satisfy a variety of purposes. With a grooved griddle plate, this piece of machinery is equipped to make ample plates of fresh trout or sweet potatoes, either one sporting charbroil markings after cooking. Requiring more burners than smaller models for even heating, this unit has a total of five burners spaced in 12-inch increments and paired with aeration baffles to evenly disperse heat. Workers can start this griddle with ease by pressing into the instant ignition for quick power and can change temperatures through its thermostatic controls. Rather than guessing appropriate temperatures, this griddle operates on precise temperatures of numerical value.

To combat some issues that may spur out of a countertop placement, the Imperial IGG-60 griddle sits on four 4-inch legs for proper ventilation of the underside, helping to prevent additional messes throughout its lifetime. This griddle's grease can and gutter simplify cleaning after service as well, collecting grease throughout cook times and detaching for easy disposal. The front, sides, ledge, and splash guard are constructed of stainless steel to encourage a simplified cleaning process and the control knobs are break-resistant to preserve the griddle's structure over time.
