Imperial IMGA-3628 36" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial IMGA-3628 gas griddle is 36 inches wide, 32³/₈ inches deep, and 14 inches tall. It's intended for use on a countertop and is equipped with four 4-inch steel legs and a stainless steel splash guard designed to reduce grease and batter splatter on surrounding areas. For heat retention, the griddle plate is constructed of polished stainless steel measuring ³/₄ of an inch thick. Underneath the griddle plate, aeration baffles are placed between each of the three burners, promoting the even spread of heat across the griddle plate.

Each burner on the Imperial IMGA-3628 commercial gas griddle can be controlled using the manual knob controls; this unit features a 4-inch-wide grease gutter that feeds into a large grease can with a 1-gallon capacity and sports a weep hole to indicate when the can is filled to capacity. The griddle is powered by natural gas equipped with a continuous pilot light, and the cooking surface measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep.
