Using Solstice technology, this Pitco SG18S Solstice? fryer has reliable burners that are equipped with heat-exchange baffles inside each tube to efficiently transfer heat. This design saves on gas costs when compared to similar models and ensures quick recovery times each time a batch of food is added. Additionally, less heat escapes through the flue, keeping the ambient air in the kitchen at a comfortable temperature. Millivolt thermostat controls maintain accurate oil temperatures, which users can adjust between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

This Pitco SG18S gas fryer is made of long-lasting stainless steel, and the peened finish smooths the surface to facilitate cleaning. To resist sagging, the door is mounted on a heavy-duty hinge. The unit has a front-mounted drain and comes with a drain extension that directs drained oil into an approved container or filter system. Operators can use the drain cleanout rod to remove sediment from the frypot and drain line.
