Southbend BES/17SC Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven

To help users track cooking times, the Southbend BES/17SC 240/1 single deck full-size convection oven is built with solid-state controls and a 60-minute timer. Because of its standard depth, it can fit pans in the left-to-right position only, without staggering them. Inside, five plated wire racks provide support for cooking containers and can be adjusted to 11 different positions.

The Southbend BES/17SC 240/1 single full-size convection oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides, and it is supported on triangular painted steel legs. Its dependent glass doors give users a clear view inside the machine as it’s cooking, helping them monitor the cooking process. Interior lighting brightens the porcelain interior, and the two-speed fan circulates air gently to ensure even cooking.
