To simplify setup, the Amerikooler QF060677**FBSM quick-ship indoor walk-in freezer is equipped with interlocking wall, ceiling, and floor panels, an installation and hardware kit, and a top-mount Heatcraft Bohn PT0042LBNEMSA PRO³ refrigeration system. When fully assembled, this walk-in measures 5 feet 10¹/₈ inches wide by 5 feet 10⁵/₈ inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches high. Its wall, floor, and ceiling panels are modular and can be secured together with the corrosion-resistant cam-action locking system and compression gaskets, establishing an airtight seal. Because they're made of 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation, they provide a rigid structure and an R-32 thermal resistance value. The wall and ceiling panels' interiors and exteriors are laminated with stucco-embossed, 26-gauge Acrylume®, which is coated with a corrosion-resistant acrylic paint. The floor's smooth aluminum surface establishes a level storage area and can support a uniformly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foota'¬a€enough to accommodate regular foot traffic.

Staff can simply enter and exit the walk-in with the 76-inch-tall hinged, self-closing door. Its two super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges can be adjusted to ensure smooth opening, while its door closer, three-sided magnetic gasket, and flexible double wiper ensure secure closure. A digital thermometer provides an LED temperature readout so staff can determine if products are being held at a safe temperature, and a center-mounted LED light positioned above the door jamb illuminates the storage space for quick product identification. During non-business hours, the keyed deadbolt handle can be locked, and to prevent users from getting locked inside, it's fitted with an inside safety release mechanism.

This unit combines a cooler and condensing unit to facilitate installation and minimize the required refrigerant charge. To achieve and maintain a box temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, it operates with R-448A refrigerant and should be placed in areas that don't exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit. For efficiency, it features a two-speed electronically commutated evaporator (EC) fan motor and an electric defrost mechanism; this refrigeration system measures 55 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 32²/₅ inches tall.
