The Amerikooler QF061077**FBSM indoor walk-in freezer measures 9 feet 9¹/₄ inches wide by 5 feet 10⁵/₈ inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall, providing ample space to accommodate bulk perishables. Because it's a quick-ship unit, it's simple to set up and includes an installation and hardware kit with a shop drawing, detailed installation instructions, a hex wrench for cam-lock panel assembly, and PVC press fit caps. Its tongue-and-groove modular wall, ceiling, and floor panels can be secured with the corrosion-resistant cam-action locking system and compression gaskets. For rigidity and R-32 thermal resistance, each panel is insulated with 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 foam. While the wall and ceiling panels are laminated with corrosion-resistant, stucco-embossed Acrylume®, the floor is finished with smooth aluminum.

To withstand regular foot traffic, the walk-in's flooring can support an evenly distributed 600 pounds per square foot. The interior is illuminated with an LED light center-mounted above the door jamb; operators can turn the light on and off with the corresponding pilot light. A digital thermometer displays a readout of the box's temperature so operators can ensure frozen products are stored at ideal temperatures. To prevent the door seal from freezing, a temperature-controlled heater wire is built onto the door, while a heated pressure relief vent is built onto the door jamb. Staff can enter and exit the freezer via the 76-inch-tall hinged entrance door, which opens and closes smoothly because of its integrated spring-assisted hinges and door closer. After business hours, its keyed deadbolt handle can be locked, and in the event an employee becomes locked inside the unit, they can use the inside safety release mechanism to exit the freezer.

The Amerikooler QF061077**FBSM walk-in freezer's included Heatcraft Bohn PT0062LBNEMSA PRO³ refrigeration system measures 55 inches wide by 49¹/₂ inches deep by 32²/₅ inches tall and can be placed on top of the unit to free up space inside the box. This top-mounted, air-cooled unit combines the properties of a unit cooler and condensing unit to simplify setup and reduce required refrigerant charge. To produce and maintain a box temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, it operates with R-448A refrigerant and shouldn't be installed in areas exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit. While its microchannel coil technology minimizes energy and refrigerant usage, its two-speed evaporator fan motor and electric defrost enhance efficiency.
