Designed for on-site assembly, the Amerikooler QC060677**FBSC quick-ship indoor walk-in cooler is constructed with modular wall, floor, and ceiling panels. It features durable, 26-gauge Acrylume® zinc-aluminum-coated steel exterior and interior walls that are stucco embossed and coated with acrylic for optimal corrosion resistance. Suitable for 600 uniformly distributed pounds of foot traffic per square foot, the 4-inch-thick floor panels are constructed of smooth aluminum. To maintain cool internal temperatures, the walls are lined with 4-inch-thick, water-resistant AK-XPS4 rigid foam insulation that's permanently bonded to the primed metal panels and provides R-29 protection. Furthermore, all joints boast an airtight seal.

For simplified access, this unit features a 36-inch-wide by 76-inch-high door that closes flush against the non-conductive PVC door jamb. It's supported by two heavy-duty super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and shuts automatically with the attached door closer. Operators can access the cooler's interior using the heavy-pull, deadbolt-keyed handle, which has an inside safety release to prevent staff from becoming trapped inside. To deter cold air from leaking, the door jamb is lined with a three-side magnetic gasket and double wiper. Inside the door jamb is a center-mount LED light fixture, which illuminates the cooler, as well as a digital thermostat and on/off pilot light switch so staff can monitor internal temperatures.

To generate temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit, the Amerikooler QC060677**FBSC walk-in cooler utilizes a Heatcraft Worldwide BOHN PT0046MBNAMSA self-contained refrigeration system. For safe operation, it has a maximum ambient temperature requirement of 90 degrees Fahrenheit. This system is top-mounted, and to streamline installation, it comes fully-assembled and pre-wired. Overall, this cooler measures 5 feet 10⁵/₈ inches wide by 5 feet 10¹/₈ inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches high.
