The Amerikooler QC060877**FBSC indoor walk-in cooler is a standard quick-ship model measuring 5 feet 10⁵/₈ inches wide by 7 feet 9¹/₄ inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall. This unit maintains an interior temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit with the Heatcraft Bohn PT0068MBNAMSA PRO³ packaged refrigeration system, which can be mounted on the cooler's top to save interior space. To reduce the change of premature failure, it shouldn't be used in ambient settings exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit uses R-448A refrigerant and features an air defrost mechanism.

Staff can assemble the modular ceiling, wall, and floor panels with the included installation kit and hardware. These tongue-and-groove panels sport cam-action locking systems and compression gaskets to ensure airtight joints. For a sturdy structure that retains an R-29 thermal resistance value, each panel is made up of 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation that's permanently molded into the primed metal surfaces. While the interior and exterior surfaces are laminated with 26-gauge stucco-embossed Acrylume®, the floor is made of ¹/₂₀-inch-thick smooth aluminum. To support standard foot traffic, this flooring can accommodate a uniformly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foot.

The Amerikooler QC060877**FBSC walk-in indoor cooler's 76-inch-tall door is fitted with cam-rise spring-assisted hinges that enable smooth opening and closing. To ensure it's fully closed, it features a spring-actuated door closer and three-sided magnetic gasket. Staff can access the interior with the deadbolt keyed handle latch, and to reduce the chance of employees becoming trapped inside a locked unit, it's built with an interior safety lock release handle. The center-mounted LED light fixture brightens the interior, and to conserve energy, the light can be turned off with the pilot switch. Operators can monitor interior temperature with the digital LED thermometer.
