Coated in epoxy, the shelves are protected against corrosion, as is the evaporator coil for the same reason. This unit's adaptive defrost function eliminates ice buildup and, to address maintenance needs, the condenser can be accessed from the bottom. Reducing the risk of cross contamination, the refrigeration system is self-contained and works by simply plugging it in.

This Beverage Air MMR27HC-1-B-WINE one-section wine cooler offers an accurate temperature readout on its digital display. Cooling with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it maintains a temperature range of 35 to 62 degrees Fahrenheit, suitable for storing either red or white wine. Its glass door enables cabinet visibility without releasing cold air, and when it's shut, it's sealed tight with snap-in gaskets. At the end of the night, the door can be locked to prevent theft and vandalism.
