The Hoshizaki WLR93B Steelheart worktop refrigerator measures 93 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 40¹/₄ inches high and utilizes six 6-inch stem casters for smooth mobility. With a 30.17-cubic-foot interior capacity, this unit contains six shelves that are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments with the anodized aluminum supports. The front of the unit is fitted with three solid doors that have field-reversible hinges, a self-closing design, and a stay-open feature. For durability, the doors, exterior, and interior are made of heavy-duty stainless steel for rust, dent, and scratch resistance.

Designed to generate temperatures between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, the Hoshizaki WLR93B worktop refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for cooling and polyurethane foam for insulation. Operators can set and adjust the holding temperature using the digital controls. This unit eases installation and placement with its self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration system; this system is side mounted for convenient access when service is needed. To ensure consistent performance, the included evaporation system removes excess water from the unit, while the off-cycle defrost prevents ice from forming on the e-coated evaporator coil.
