The True TWT-27D-2-HC worktop refrigerator is made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated back and a clear-coated, aluminum-lined interior. Because the backsplash is of one-piece construction with the top, bacteria and food particles cannot be trapped underneath. This refrigerator has 5-inch-diameter stem castors with locks on the front set and a 36-inch work surface height. The unit is insulated with environmentally friendly, high-density polyurethane. Two heavy-duty drawers include recessed handlesa'A¬aa'¬Afused with a sheet metal interlock for permanencea'A¬aa'¬Aand magnetic gaskets that can be removed without tools for quick cleaning. Each drawer accommodates one full-size food pan or fractional pans.

Evaporator and condenser fan motors in the True TWT-27D-2-HC worktop refrigeration unit are electronically commutated to operate reliably at peak efficiencies, generating little heat and circulating a consistent airflow volume. The factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with guided airflow to provide uniform product temperatures.
