Designed for durability in commercial kitchens, the Continental FA68N 68-inch worktop freezer has a 22 cubic-foot capacity with three sections and three doors. It features a heavy-gauge stainless steel worktop, stainless steel front and end panels, galvanized steel rear and grill, and an aluminum interior. This worktop freezer has four heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves, enclosed, vented and removable rear and side grills, and is insulated with 2 inches of non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation. This freezer sits atop 5-inch casters to simplify moving the unit. Its two full-height and one half-height spring-loaded, self-closing doors prevent excessive loss of cool air. They have Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets for a solid seal, polished chrome handles for easy handling and cleaning, and are reversible.

The Continental FA68N 68-inch worktop freezer's refrigeration system is performance rated and uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Its forced-air system distributes air evenly, and its electronic control, automatic defrost system reduces frost buildup to protect foods from freezer burn. The automatic, non-electric condensate evaporator saves energy, and the expansion valve system provides efficient temperature regulation. The plasticized fin evaporator coil is corrosion resistant and enhances cooling efficiency. This unit's condensing unit slides out for easier servicing.
