The Continental RA118NBS refrigerated base worktop unit combines high-capacity storage with a durable, user-friendly design. Featuring a 300-gauge stainless steel worktop with a 5¹/₂-inch backsplash, the unit is built for heavy-duty use in commercial environments. Its 44-cubic-foot interior is fitted with eight heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves and enclosed by four self-closing doors and a small access door above the compressor. The stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and galvanized steel rear and grill enhance durability and corrosion resistance, while the 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation ensures efficient temperature retention.

The Continental RA118NBS worktop unit's side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system delivers reliable cooling performance. Utilizing forced-air cooling, an expansion valve system, and a corrosion-resistant, plasticized fin evaporator coil, the system maintains consistent temperatures. Additional features include an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and an electronic control for precise system management. The off-cycle defrost function minimizes frost buildup, while the eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides an energy-efficient and sustainable cooling solution. For added convenience, the rear and side grills are vented, removable, and fully enclosed, ensuring easy maintenance.
