The Continental SW48N-FB-D worktop refrigerator is built with 3-3/4-inch casters, enabling mobility for repositioning or cleaning in busy commercial kitchens. The stainless steel flat top offers a durable workspace for food preparation or holding additional kitchen equipment. This unit features four stainless steel roll-out drawers, each accommodating either one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one 1/2-size and one 1/3-size 6-inch pans (supplied by others). Smooth, polished chrome drawer handles and Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gaskets provide a secure seal to maintain optimal storage conditions.

Equipped with an electronic controller featuring a digital display and hi/low alarm, the SW48N-FB-D offers precise temperature monitoring and control. The off-cycle defrost system helps prevent ice buildup on internal components, ensuring consistent operation. Its automatic hot gas condensate evaporator efficiently manages moisture buildup, reducing the need for manual intervention. The completely enclosed, removable case back enhances accessibility during servicing.
