To soak up excess water, this unit has a condensate evaporator, while an automatic defrost feature eliminates ice.

The Continental Refrigerator SWF48N-D worktop freezer has four drawers that can accommodate a variety of food pan types, and using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this self-contained unit chills the cabinet to keep products at ideal serving temperatures. If maintenance is needed, users can access the rear-located compressor by sliding the unit out on its 5-inch casters, which is also helpful if the unit needs to be relocated. A durable piece for a commercial kitchen, the back and interior are made of aluminum, and the top, front, and end panels are stainless steel.
