The Infrico IUC-MR67BT worktop freezer is mounted on 4-inch-diameter casters for mobility in commercial kitchens. It operates with a digital controller and maintains temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit with heightened technology and polyurethane insulation that reduces energy consumption. Its side-mounted refrigeration system cools with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is self-contained to streamline installation. To expedite cleaning, the interior has rounded corners and a floor drain for removing condensation.

To promote airflow, the Infrico IUC-MR67BT undercounter freezer has four wire shelves coated with plastic for protection, and for rust and corrosion resistance, the tray slides are made of strong stainless steel. While the cabinet is being loaded, the two doors can be propped open to prevent them from slamming and causing injury; if an employee forgets to close them, the doors self-close once tension is released. At the end of the night, the doors can be locked to prevent theft.
