The shelves are supported by anodized aluminum shelf pilasters with ¹/₂-inch increments. Once stocked with product, the cabinet's 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation maintains internal temperatures. The front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel, and the interior features the same construction except for an ABS topside. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel door with spring-assisted, self-closing hinges, and a 90-degree stay-open feature. For simple mobility, it sits on six 6-inch stem casters.

The Hoshizaki WLR46B Steelheart worktop refrigerator's refrigeration system is side mounted, providing simple access for maintenance. Via the digital controls, users can adjust the temperature range from 28 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with an eco-friendly configuration via capillary tubes, which use R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The off-cycle defrost system helps prevent ice buildup on the evaporator coils, and the non-electric evaporation system handles excess condensate.
