Important Service Notes

With this plan the planetary (bottom) will be inspected and greased. This plan does not include gearbox grease to be changed.

With this model the entire gearbox will have to be disabled to clean each gear, inspect each gear, and completely rebuild gearbox.

Note: A separate plan is available for gearbox service - please contact the service manager to inquire about this plan.

Frequency: Plan consists of two inspections a year to meet Hobart's recommended maintenance.

What's Not Included

Gearbox Disassembly & Grease Replacement: We will not disassemble the gearbox as part of this program. This requires more extensive work, including opening the gearbox, which is not part of this service.

Internal Mechanical Checks: We will not inspect internal parts, such as planetary gears, motor brushes, or drive belts, unless there's an obvious external indication of a problem.

Parts Replacement: This program covers inspections and lubrication but doesn't include part replacements unless specifically requested.
