These boar-hair bristles are sterilized, bleached, and placed in an epoxy bed to secure them to the handle. A brown, plastic ferrule is bound around the top to ensure the bristles won't fall out after extended use, and the wooden handle on the other end of the brush is smooth and comfortable in most users' hands. A hanging hole is fixed at the tip to maximize storage ability, allowing the bristles to properly dry after washing by hand.
