The Thunder Group SLAL01B wok chafer comes with the chafing body and a compatible cover, though the stand base is sold separately. It's designed to keep food warm on buffet lines, using its cover to help retain heat. Because a plastic knob is integrated into the lid, it's comfortable to handle. For strength and corrosion resistance, the 7¹/₂-inch-diameter wok and cover are made of stainless steel.
