The small, compact Thunder Group WDPB005N pastry brush is ideal for spreading sauces, washes, and glazes over items in most food service settings. Its handle is made of wood and sports an ergonomic design that enables users to comfortably coat a beef wellington with egg wash or chicken with a balsamic glaze. This brush's nylon bristles ease spreading and remain intact during use; they’re locked in place with a bed of epoxy. A strong, plastic ferrule bound across the base's width and row of bristles further enhances strength. Though this brush is durable, it must be washed by hand and hung from its hanging hole after use to preserve the bristles.
