The Thunder Group SLSKR70M round skimmer introduces stability and longevity to high-volume establishments. Because of its stainless steel construction, this piece can withstand frequent use and is paired with a medium wire mesh basket to properly sieve solids from liquids. This piece has a 10-inch handle, creating enough space between hands and heated liquids for safe use. At the end of the handle, a hanging hole is included to maximize storage space, and though this piece must be washed by hand after use, its surface is easy to clean after making fried squash or soft pierogies.
